Giga Insider combines VPN access, a private IT channel, setup instructions, and support assistance. This page lists the confirmed components of the subscription and the limitations that are important to review before subscribing.
The website’s payment flow is currently a demonstration: it shows plan and payment-method selection, but it does not charge the user or automatically issue VPN access. The page should therefore be used as a description of what the product includes, while the current availability of payment should be confirmed separately before subscribing.
VPN Access for Up to Five Devices
One subscription is designed for connecting up to five devices. This lets you use the access on a phone and computer without making a separate purchase for each device.
“Up to five” describes the subscription limit but does not answer every question by itself. Before subscribing, clarify:
- whether all devices can remain connected at the same time;
- how to replace an old or lost device;
- whether reinstalling the app counts as a new device;
- which operating system versions are supported;
- whether each device needs a separate profile.
These technical rules are not publicly documented. Support should confirm them before payment if they are important to your use case.
Supported Platforms
The website provides instructions for Android, iPhone, and Windows. Depending on the platform, the connection uses a recommended client app or a compatible system profile. The same file cannot automatically be used in every client: the app and operating system must support the access format.
Start with the overview page for your device:
- VPN for Android — how to choose a connection method;
- VPN on iPhone — app or profile;
- VPN on PC — separate client or Windows profile.
After receiving access, use the step-by-step instructions for Android, iPhone, or Windows. Before purchasing, check compatibility with TVs, routers, and other platforms with support: there are currently no publicly confirmed instructions for them.
Private IT Channel
The subscription includes access to a private channel with IT news and materials. The channel is hosted on Telegram, so this part of the product requires access to Telegram and an appropriate account.
The VPN and the private channel are separate components of one subscription. The VPN is used through a client on the device, while channel materials are read in Telegram. Lack of access to Telegram should not be treated as a technical VPN error, but it will limit access to the channel.
The publication frequency, materials archive, and process for restoring channel access are not publicly documented. If these terms affect your decision, ask support for them before subscribing.
Setup Instructions
The instructions must match the platform, the access format provided, and the recommended app. They should explain:
- where to download the client safely;
- how to add the configuration or profile;
- which system prompt to confirm;
- how to enable the VPN;
- how to test the connection;
- where to get help if an error occurs.
Do not choose a protocol or server at random. If the screen you see differs from the instructions, first check the app version and request the current setup procedure. The general criteria for selecting a client are collected in “VPN Client: How to Choose an App”.
Support
You can send a setup question to the support email or the dedicated Telegram support account. To help support review your request more quickly, include:
- the device model;
- the Android, iOS, or Windows version;
- the app name and version;
- the exact error message;
- the step at which the problem occurred.
Do not send a full key, configuration file, password, access QR code, or bank card details. Hide personal data and secrets in a screenshot before sending it. If the VPN shows “connected” but the internet does not work, first follow the separate troubleshooting guide.
What to Check Before Subscribing
The website lists a trial period and full plans of one, three, or six months. Providers and payment methods are described in the demonstration flow, but their actual availability and automatic access issuance as of the update date have not been confirmed.
Before payment, a working payment page should clearly state:
- the amount of the first payment;
- the duration of the paid period;
- the terms and amount of the next payment;
- whether auto-renewal is enabled;
- the cancellation and refund procedure;
- when VPN access is issued;
- how the receipt is provided;
- support contacts for delays.
If this information is missing, do not carry over terms from an old article, advertising message, or screenshot. The current price and plan contents should be visible immediately before payment is confirmed.
What Should Not Be Considered a Subscription Promise
The subscription does not confirm a specific speed, server list, protocol, connection geography, or uninterrupted availability unless these are described separately. These characteristics are not publicly documented. A VPN also does not replace antivirus software, system updates, checking the website address, or two-factor authentication.
The confirmed contents currently are: VPN access for up to five devices, a private IT channel, instructions for the main platforms, and support. Other technical and payment terms should be shown to the user after they have actually been approved and implemented.
